If you are dissatisfied, you can appeal to the <strong data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"306\">Qu\u00e9bec Ombudsman<\/strong>. If you have a complaint about a doctor, pharmacist or dentist, it is evaluated by the <strong data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"430\">medical examiner<\/strong>. If you disagree, you can request a review by an <strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"545\">independent committee<\/strong>.
