To celebrate User Rights Week, this webinar will help you discover the rights that protect patients in healthcare. It’s for anyone using health and social services, even if you don’t have a thorough understanding of your rights. <\/span><\/p>\n

On the program: you’ll discover some of your rights under the Act respecting health services and social services, you’ll learn how to assert your health rights using the Complaint Examination Scheme, and you’ll learn about the services offered by the Centres d’Assistance et d’Accompagnement aux Plaintes (CAAP), a community organization ready to help you assert your rights. <\/span><\/p>\n
