    • Hospitals, CLSCs, nursing homes, youth centers, rehabilitation centers.
    • Community organizations.
    • Host families and residences.
    • Ambulance services.
    • Private seniors’ residences (PSRs).
    • Substance abuse and pathological gambling resources.
    • Any other person, company or organization with which the health and social services establishments collaborate.

    Who can benefit from our services?

    • Any person receiving health care or services who benefits from rights defined by the Act respecting health and Social Services Act*
    • Tenants in private seniors’ residences (PSRs), as well as their families and loved ones, to help them resolve disputes or disagreements with their landlords. This mandate has been entrusted to CAAP Montérégie by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ).
