    Your adviser reviews the facts and relevant documents, and identifies the complaints commissioner responsible for your file.

    Drafting and filing

    We help you clearly frame your complaint, put it in writing and file it with the complaints and service quality commissioner.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

    We stand with you until the process ends, including a second recourse to the Québec Ombudsman if needed.

Timeline and commitment

How long does it take?

Quick first response

When you call, an adviser will answer or call you back within 24 to 48 business hours.

Legal review period

The complaints and service quality commissioner has 45 days to review your complaint and share their conclusions. We stay with you throughout that period.

Possible second recourse

If you are dissatisfied with the conclusions, we can support you in a second recourse to the Québec Ombudsman. Our service remains free, confidential and without obligation.
