CAAP Montérégie unveils its new office at an Open House event!

IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Thursday, October 10, 2024

CAAP Montérégie is delighted to invite partners and the general public to an Open House at its new office, located at 383 boulevard du Séminaire Nord, Suite 212, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The event will take place on October 29, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet with CAAP’s advisors, ask specific questions about their rights, and receive personalized information on the services offered. Light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the event.

CAAP’s mission is to support individuals facing challenges related to their lease, dissatisfaction with services received in a private seniors’ residence (PSR), or issues with health and social services they have received or should have received. CAAP offers confidential and free services to guide and assist individuals through the complaint process, ensuring they are informed of their rights and options.

To meet the growing demand for information and support, CAAP Montérégie has recently expanded by opening more offices to better serve the community. Additionally, CAAP offers appointments with counselors at four other locations in the Montérégie region: Longueuil, Saint-Hyacinthe, Belœil, and Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Don’t miss this event!

“We welcome anyone who wants to learn more about their rights. CAAP counselors are here to listen and support each person with attentiveness, rigour, and compassion. The Open House is a wonderful opportunity to meet us, ask questions, and discover our services. Everyone is welcome!” says Myriam Noiseux, Executive Director of CAAP Montérégie.
